Avril got new tattoo~

Ok, we already knew that Avril loves tattoo and that she have a lot of tattoos around her body. From stars to bolt, number, 'FU**', her new boifriend's name..haha! But now, she have a 'safety pin' on her neck~ haha!
































Safety pin?? I think she likes 'safety pin' too...cause I can see that 'safety pin' in Abbey Dawn's collection. Hmmm...
She post these pix at her twitter account. I was shocked at first when she stated that she'll have a new tattoo on her neck...
